High School Social Studies

Our high school social studies courses are designed to help our students make informed and reasoned decisions as citizens of the world. Through a mixture of history, geography, sociology, civics, and political science courses, students develop an understanding of their place in the world and are prepared to participate competently and productively as in social and civic affairs.

Please note: If you are interested in earning a diploma through Oak Meadow, you will need to fill out an application to our distance learning school, rather than purchasing materials in our bookstore — credit toward graduation cannot be earned through purchasing the high school materials and using them independently.
