This digital coursebook, the core of the Oak Meadow Grade 1 curriculum, contains all of the information and activities for a full year, in 36 weekly lessons in Language Arts, Social Studies, Mathematics, Science, arts, crafts, and music. The coursebook also provides weekly planning pages and lesson end assessments.
In Language Arts, students further their literacy skills through bedtime stories, poetry, tongue twisters, word families, and a variety of stories. In Math, students are introduced to the four processes through stories and creative exercises.
The digital resource book is used in conjunction with the lessons in the coursebook as it contains stories that help you teach different concepts and introduce new ideas. In addition, it includes tips on teaching each subject, and gives an overview of what is covered throughout the year.
